I just finished reading what both Talisman's spokesperson said and what MB said in the link that you posted, and once again this contrast to what the actual truth of facts are , what these journalists print and or what the politicians initially state is very consistent with what I have seen with other investments that I have had and hence kept well read on.

I firmly beleive that the truth of facts will prevail and the politicians will make a correct and well informed decision in advancing the Utica play forward.
