Good Post Rocco. Again sheds light on the situation in QC. But it doesn't leave me with anymore confidence that they will make the correct decision. The posts below that article suggest that Quebecers are still happy having the ROC pay for their socialistic lifestyle.

Like i've said before I work with Quebecers every day and they do have a different way of looking at things. Logic does not always prevail...but in the case of QEC i really hope it does.

Haven't heard much relavent information lately from Binion.
