When I asked about the AGM cancellation/re-scheduling last month, this is what Sarah responded:
"Yes the [AGM] meeting scheduled for October 5th has been rescheduled. A new notice of meeting will be filed in due course once the revised meeting agenda has been finalized."
When I asked last week about timing requirements of the company betwen the Notice of Meeting, Record Date, and Meeting Date, this is what Sarah responded yesterday:
"The Notice of Meeting must be filed at least 25 days before the Record Date, and the Record Date must be between 40 and 50 days before the Meeting Date. A new Record Date will be set. The date of this year’s meeting need not necessarily affect the date of next year’s meeting."
To me, it sounds like there is a 65 day minimum span between Notice of Meeting and Meeting Date. Yesterday, when I asked the hypothetical "For example, tomorrow is September 14th. If the Notice of Meeting came out tomorrow, the AGM would have to occur on or after November 18th and no earlier, correct?", this is how Clayton responded today:
"We can provide no further clarity until the Notice of Meeting has been filed."
