Like pretty much everyone I expect, I'm anxiously checking for news each morning right after logging onto the net....each day that goes by without news, I see it as having the potential to increase the level of Fear Uncertainty and Doubt, FUD.  

Given my conspiratorial bent....viewing very little as being just simple circumstance, but rather viewing many things as potentially part of a plan to drive investor sentiment.  

We went through this in 2017....the Citi-Bank loan expired on Aug 28th, and on that date they announced an extension.

Then as we all know they had to declare the company to be in financial distress in order to get their deal with HL approved, and that in turn led to a mandatory de-listing review.  

I think history could repeat here....a repeat to me would mean a presser announcing an extension/renegotiation of the loan on Jan 31st.
