I've been told by a company member that they're "in good standing"....but someone else would not be aware of it.  Someone else would be perfectly justified in wondering:  "They've breached a covenant of the loan, a loan that leverages all the company's assets....OMG, what does this mean"???  

Sarah communicated with me....that same information can be dislcosed to the market. 

What's the harm?  I think the market might take an official PR of this nature and start bidding RVX higher.  Some might not want that perhaps, I'm sure someone short 100K or so shares wouldn't....but then they shouldn't have gone short.
