We'll have to agree to disagree, I do think disclosing a substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern in a corporate filing....I do think it has an impact.  Joe Retail might not pour over it in detail, but bigger money types I believe would and will. 

I do however have enormous respect for your POV Golf, notwithstanding our difference of opinion on this or any other issue.
