Thanks everyone for the discussion on the hold period. I have participated in a couple of private placements with hold periods and just assumed that there would be one on this offering - there certainly was for the last placement that RVX did. I will be interested to learn whether there is one or not although I would expect that the info that folks received from BB (no hold period) is correct.
