"The Corporation's Secured Loan from TEC, on behalf of the Lenders, had an outstanding principal balance at April 30, 2019 of approximately US$14.5 million that is repayable in full, together with interest and fees, upon maturity on August 4, 2019. After giving effect to the use of proceeds of the Minimum Offering, the Corporation expects that the balance of the Secured Loan will be approximately US$9.7 million."
