Iconoclast - Those rights to sell are only non-dilutive if you had no interest to sell there yourself. If it was a potential market of yours, you are giving up potential revenue and potential profit. You receive the payment but you also get paid for shares you sell. The payments would be less than the potential profit or the purchaser would not be buying so you are giving something up. Necessary but still dilutive.
I agree with your July end, hence my mid-July to mid-August expectation. Mid-August would be the 4 months. I agree with June 30th being mid-year but think that might be a little early. It would be a nice surprise though, as long as the results are good.
