Well, pretty simple really.  IMO retail investors are in fear mode.  Accumulation, greed has happened already.  What's left?  Fear!  It's crunch time, volumes are way to low for it to be anything else.  Add to that I believe there are still many getting out of the common shares who participated in the offering, knowing we're not likely to see a spike prior to TLD.

Long and strong here!  I haven't come all this way, more than a decade to not see this thing through.

I truly believe we have it.  If we don't have it all, I'm certain we have something.  This won't be an all or nothing endeavour
