The PR seems to imply that they already know where the money to pay off the loan is coming from.  Otherwise I don’t think they would use such definitive language.  It could be from HL or Eastern or a private placement from another party we don’t know about.  As for the date being just prior to the planned TL announcement, I’m not really sure the reason but it probably factors in there somehow. At this point does it really matter?  I’m thinking not so much.....and not with TL being only a few days later.  That’s really what it’s all about now for every investor, be they HL, Eastern, retail or management.  Just need to hang on for another couple of weeks.....
