DND - We don't know who is privy to the information and what restrictions are on them. I don't believe they would be given a free rein to talk as they please as that makes controlling it impossible. Just because one person is on the Board doesn't mean he can spill it back to China. If he could it would make the whole keep it quiet until a news release a sham. It is also possible that Board members aren't privy as there is really no need for them to be before the public release.
