if positive results r there wouldn't it make sense for Hepa to release news before they open this eve stating something like " Our Phase 3 Can Partner"The Canadian Biotech Company RVX  that we hold a 40%+ stake in is about to announce top-line phase 3 data etc etc with forward looking statements looking like we are quite excited about the data about to be released .... excellent safety blah blah - wouldn't  it give them some cover too if they do bounce today ,don't brake any rules & they wouldn't really be stealing any rvx thunder??
