DND, I don't think Hepa has a member on RVXs board presently.
If I am not mistaken they have the right to have a member on the board, but do not presently.
I am curious as to the process to insert an ORI member to the board? Possibly one of the existing members would resign...? Although generally the new member is elected but in a situation such as this, maybe the ORI member would be (acclaimed?) Onto the board... I'm uncertain.
