Looking at the data presented so far, I think the best we can hope for is a statistically significant increase in GFR in the low GFR group and no significant change in the rest of the patients. 

If the data are available, it will also be of great interest to see what the time courses of change in GFR looked like. For example, were the changes progressive or was there a rapid effect early on with no further change thereafter? This could suggest different mechanisms and different prospects for the future progress of kidney function.
