We've talked a lot about these Breakthrough Therapy applications. However, I'm somewhat unclear as to what that really means if these applications are approved.  What does the commercial aspect of that really look like?  How would one expect the market to respond to approved applications?  Maybe someone who has experienced this process or is aware of the implications can provide some context.
