RVX has already announced that they are in the process of filing so I doubt that completing the process is material news.  However, I think a positive NR of some type is necessary this week in order to encourage exercising of the warrants.  Raising enough funding for even three more months of operations might enable the company to make enough progress on the partnering/buyout front to save their (and our) shirts...
