Got another non answer from IR to a question I sent today, here's what I asked:

Subject: Seeking clarification...

Happy New Year all,

Just a quick question. It was disclosed during the company presentation after CTAD that the company was/is applying for breakthrough therapy status with both the FDA and EMA. I understand that the timeline for a decision from those agencies is forward looking and not definitive.

I would simply like to know if both the FDA and EMA are in receipt of applications for Breakthrough Therapy Status or if the applications are still in the process of being submitted.

And here is the answer I received:

Dear Gordon,

At this time, we cannot comment on any potential announcements with respect to the breakthrough status filing. All material developments will be disclosed in due course.

So at this point I don't think we can even know if the applications for BTS have been submitted.
