It was in the "Results" section of the report Cabel posted:

"Reductions in blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were similar between the two groups and did not differ statistically (data not shown)"

It's not stated whether the reductions in urea were significant in either group, but it seems there was no difference between them. If there had been a useful improvement in eGFR in the ABL group you would expect there to have been a greater reduction in urea than in the placebo group.
