Agreed - a Nasdaq listing would have been very expensive and dilutive. They were also considering a 5 to 1 reverse split at the time to get them in the box - no thanks. All existing shareholders are much better off. Why didn't they do it? Was a potential partner out there then as DM has allured to? Did Hepa & Eastern kill it?
