Other than saving lives/events the big benefit for RVX is in pricing the product. That would make the difference between the payer groups willing to pay $2,000 per year for their insured versus $6,000 per year for eg. It could make a massive difference in the eventual price that the company gets sold for in the event of a positive BoM2.

Replacing stroke with CHF when there was about a 50% reduction in CHF in BoM could make a big difference in the results of BoM2.
