Message: Resverlogix Confirms Interim Filings on SEDAR

"That supplier could listen to Dons last presentation and understand his money is coming. No stress there. But RVX has to disclose that."

Or, Don could have passed on some material non-public information to mollify their concerns.  Or, told the supplier that if a partnership is sgned, the supplier would receive the full value of what is due, rather than a discounted value.  What is the incentive to the supplier for not triggering a default?  It only makes business sense to protect their (the suppliers) capital.

I highly doubt that the supplier would have been swayed by listening to Don's last presentation.  It would have had to have been something discussed on a one-on-one.

...and just to clarify, there is nothing wrong with sharing material non-public information, as long as a person or entity does not trade the underlying security while that information has yet to be publicly disclosed.

...and by the way...we're only talking about $1.1M here, so come on...dilution my ***
