I couldn't agree more.

Don's presentations always come across as amateurish. He seems ill prepared to describe the slides and always with an inherent belief that if he tells the world he's "really excited" (while at the same time sounding boringly unexcited) everyone will smile and get out their check books. But it gets worse when he tries to answer the science. It's so obvious he's completely out of his depth that the effect is to lose confidence. It's a shame because he has some very capable scientists in the company. Perhaps he feels the need to pretend he's the kingpin to justify his grotesquely excessive salary. He needs to stand down. He gives the company a huge image problem.
