CCD, I really don't see any need to go as far as a Class Action. The MD&A pretty much specifies pitfalls in every aspect of RVX. So you can't say we have not been warned about the investment.

If what he said is true that he potentially had a BP committing financing a $200Mil for BOM2 and decided against it makes no sense. Going it alone for the third time will not bode well with the market in general. Had he announced a BP the likes of Pfizer, the stock price would go through the roof at 9:30 AM at the opening bell this very morning, even though it takes us to 2025. Nasdaq would have been a shoo-in in that respect. But you have to ask, did he really have that deal put to him by a BP?
