I don't think I'm missing it...

My point right wrong or indifferent is that RVX values their car at $10K when all is said and done no matter all the dilution or complexity or other good points now just raised.

And after all that there still is potentially a big gap between what they think their bottom line is vs some other buyer.  Again I don't really know...it's just an analogy  

But at the end of the day, that's how they RVX values their company car. And so they will likely not sell it at a significant lessor valuation than what they truly believe their car is worth.
