Toinv - Valid points! As I have mentioned in the past, other than a couple members, the Board chooses the CEO and the CEO chooses the Board. They work hand-in-hand. The other couple have or can benefit immensely from this ultra-low stock price. It is a precarious situation. I have never seen such an inept CEO retain control for so long!
