When do we get a choice? We are handed the number of nominees that there are spots on the Board. You can only vote for or against but even if there is massive voting against one nominee and they only get 20%, they are still elected because of no other for to vote for. Two that you mention are on the Board and happy with how it is. That leaves EC to nominate someone well enough known to get more votes than the ones nominated by management. Not much chance! Management chooses the Board and they are a comfortable little group.
