I don't know the weighted average share price for the last 5 days but if we put it at $0.48 then the debenture could be converted into about 15,750,000 shares. That would be a significant move up from their 35.2% ownership. Chinese companies are well known for theft of IP. At least Hepa paid (a little bit) for it if they get it.

Don has always found a way to pay these out in the past. He's got a little under 5 months to pull out the rabbit. More importantly there is a Covid trial to fund as well as a big cardio trial.
