I am not  too old to remember DM on several webcast a few years ago that RVX had obtained the advise and services of Rothchild Investment co for discussion of possible Nasdaq listing or future financings if i am not mistaken. What ever happened to that is quite the mystery as well as Saudi sheik financing, Arab econoimc  league partnership and Government of Morocco COVID partnership. Was RVX asking too much way back when Rothchild investment services were used, IMO there should be no PR on the list above until it is 100% finalized. Doesn't give the market of confidence on anything DM says. That being said i would love to see one morning that RVX is halted with a BP partnership or buyout. That might only happen with good Covid  trial results .  Then again Eversana has the skin in the game to make good things happen as well.
