Bom 2 is the baby/granddad/the reason they are in r v x so i don't expect any of the 70% to be running for the exit on missed/mixed covid trial results?
Probably take a bit of a dive on the SP, not sure how significant that would be really?
Anyway rework the numbers & they still do the BOM 2 deal/partnership for a bit more liquidation/based on lower SP price & we do what we have always done, drag along until the next round of $$$ is needed. Insiders get more cheap shares & the band plays on....
