Discontent has increase dramatically in the past year.

Don't let what appear to be small disscontent numbers fool you.

We don't know the number of proxy ballots that were sent in but blank ballots, as I understand it, are counted as "for" votes. In all probability many of the blank proxies would have voted "withhold" so the increase in the dissatisfaction cast toward the new BOD that we see here is just the tip of the ice berg.

It's a pretty sad, perhaps pathetic, situation for a company with so much potential. I'd love to see a Canadian success.
