Question to you.  How does RVX finance any additional studies or another Phase 3?  Bring on a Billionaire?  At what costs to the shareholders?  At 20 cents a share, just to raise 200 million, issue another billion shares.  That is real and significant dilution.  Sounds like a sale to me.  Better to sell out now at 20 cents and pick up at four cents.  At this time, the shorts appear to be better investors.

It has become very evident the only way Apabetalone will be approved by FDA is through another Investor, yes Big Pharma.  To bring Apabetalone to market the company must find a new owner.  Any company that becomes a “partner” will want total control.  It is their money.  I would demand the same.  Where does that place DM, sidelines, yes.  If true, just sell the company.  The value to a new owner is with the patent.  Time is running there too. 

If there are other options available, really would like to know.  At this time, it is all about raising additional funds or sale.  Sidebar
