IMO  with the .20 USd Sp ,the market is basically saying 2  things, this management team ie (DM ) may not be capable of taking this to the next level with the availble financing options , and that the SP can be manipulated very easily with shorting coming from the financing warrants after all these years.

The market can be wrong , but if DM pulls a rabbit out of a hat such as bringing in  another credible billionaire  to the table for financing  , that  will create some market credibility , Dart did come in years ago,    The li  Biilionaire family from Hepalink did,  and the nephew of Boehemim Ingelheim i beleive has  investment here as well , That says alot that are still here, But  and big but...  Can they bring in another whale for BOM2  or another investment fund that won't dilute the sharebase from here, ie  Oristar investment funds has alot to invest in..... thats the millionaire or Billion dollar question,....
