I just thought with your nonshalont attitude towards this deadline you might have a better understanding of the law given your use of exclamation marks , like you were somehow stating things as facts.

I'm sure most here have been in business their entire adult life & have had many dealings/meetings with lawyers etc so I'll  take your words as just another opinion.
