what liquidity event or chance of liquidity are you talking about? Not being able to get out at five pennies because we're halted while the authorities have a look into what these people are up too?
If we see nothing by tomorrow i say bring in the proper authorities. I fully understand what your saying Tada but for god sakes its not the shareholders here on that are the problem.
Don & his BOD are fully responsible for any actions shareholders decide to take. They could easily resolve this in manner that would put shareholders at ease without disclosure of much of anything else. Again , they bare full responsibility for actions taken imo.
