Any reverse stock conversion would not allow much financing to take place without giving away majority interest in RVX.

They are caught between a rock and a hard place regarding huge financing for a BOM2.

A 1-20 reverse split would reduce outstanding shares to ~ 15 million. (6 cents X 20= $1.20)
