Koo - I just used two consolidation ratios to show that they would come up with the same dilution and they did. Had I used 1-20, it would still have come up with 1.2 billion new shares at today's price. I went from the new price to the old price as that is what we now have and the numbers we are used to. You went the opposite direction but it doesn't matter. All that matters is the percentage of the company that would be sold in that kind of deal. You used 6 cents and I used 5 cents while I used 275 million currently outstanding and you used 300 million. Even at that, I got 80% and you got 77% so essentually the same with the 1 cent making most of the difference.
