jb, I always thought that it would require shareholders' approval for funds to flow between the two companies, but it's being done now to a small degree.

I would hope that if financing between RVX & Zenith is done in any major way, management will obtain shareholders' approval.

As stated in Zenith's MD&A,.... "Zenith and Resverlogix have several directors in common and thus are considered related parties." The same language appears in Resverlogix's MD&A.
