"That said if the asset keeps proving to be of quality, this is only a waiting game. I do believe that management and voting shares will sell out for too little and too soon. I would rather that be sooner than later in a market where prices are so depressed across the board that you can take that triple and put it into safer majors or some of it into 2011 LEAPS on majors and be looking at 5-20x your money on top of that triple if a buy out came soon."
