What constantly amazes me is the longs and their recollections of why this company had to promoted to the institutions. Numerous PP attempts for a sum sizeable enough to allow the company to function without constant small placement dilution failed. Why? Because of the limited funds and the unwillingness of investors to take a large position early. I have participated in every placement available except the last flow thru and that was mainly because of lack of cash. I still hold 100K warrants exercisable next year at a price I'm sure will be in the money. The institutional money in this stock is our guarantee of a good return if taken out, because in case you didn't notice the last placement was done at $1.50 and most of the cash from placements in the last year was at $1.25 plus. Goodman and company doesn't invest to double their money. I'm comfortable in my belief that a takeout wouldn't happen below $5.00 and I don't doubt it will be for a much larger amount. Barrick and Goodman drove the bidding for Eskay creek to $70 and it was one of the most successful gold mines in Canada nest to Goldcorp. I have also invested in the fringe companies and hope for a premium when San goes, but I'll be wary of a huge dollar investment until they spend some money themselves as moose pasture is moose pasture no matter how you label it. They might make more money selling moose nuggets at trade shows.
