I cannot help but mention that SGR was offered around 70 million when they posted 20 million in flow through. And it was closed in hours. Also 70 mil would then represent over 90% if 20mil was 25%. I find hard to beleive unless my math is wrong. The wording in the article must be wrong or SGR is incredibly wanted...
