Your geology confuses the hell out of me. I see what you're trying to do, really, good job, it's always a good thing to try to learn the details of a stock, such as the geology, mining methods and so forth. I'm sure the people of this board appreciate your insight. but really, geologically, half the stuff you say makes absolutely no sense. I don't mean to put you down, I'm sorry if I am, really.
the pluton is a large mass of magma that cooled underground, it never surfaced the earth, therefore it's not really possible for it to 'erupt'. plutons are granites, the same pink stuff your countertop is made up of. volcanics on the other hand are eruptive, the volcanics of rice lake are a tuff, which basically means it's ash, deposited over time by volcanic eruptions. according to theory, plutons can be the source of the veins (note, this is a theory as many greenstone belt geologist who've found huge deposits can argue against this just as much as those who will argue for it!)
keep on doing your research and keep on learning, but watch out about believing everything you're told. there's some good geology books out there for people who want to know the basics
