Baba,As an outsider looking in, I was quite certain weeks ago that they would ram it through one way or another. All of those government union jobs that will flow from the private sector to the SEIU members that basically own the Democrats is too rich a prize to lose. I watched the interview with Bret Baur and with all the skating and stick handling Obama was doing you would think he was a hockey player. My gut , however, was telling me,(and still is) that with all the new taxes that will be required, gold and gold related assets in countries like Canada and Austailia should benefit from a weaker US dollar.
