(apparently common practice according to the literature, as common, no doubt, as corruption on the world's stock and commodity markets) Here, in the US of A, where everybody is likely carrying, particularly during a "friendly" Friday nite game, justice would be quick and the dealer would be pumped full of Pb! Tends to keep the game "honest " for a few days after the event!
