just kidding of course but i do have a conspiratorial nature and am continually mentally flogging myself about these disconnects......i actually do think that most people are not afraid of wealth distruction they have gone through the cold war armegedon, the supremacy of the japanese economy....the y2 destruction...the swine flu epidemic....etc etc.....they have become skeptical of everything including nutters like me.....even my own children grandchildren and great grandchildren classify me as mentally awol........so be it.....just wait until the iranians close off all oil shipments through the straight of hormooz......they won't panic because the world economy is collapsing and their wealth is disapearing......what they will panic about is the price of fuel and the ability to purchase same with fiat money..................and that case beer........................will still be bought at any price........wtf i may be broke but at least i'm happy
