I agree with almost everything you said, I would just add that I do not think that PQ actually thought that giving out all of these shares would be so detrimental to the company, he just didn't see it. PQ says "What is everyone worried about, they are restricted shares" or "We will just buy them back later once the leach system is up". Like I said previously he is ignorant.

I have spoken to Roger Scammel in the past and PQ is exactly why he left.

All we can do now is hope for some drastic change to occur as Bouts has posted.
