I guess we will have to disagree on PQ's smarts. And I don't see where he passed on a secondary ...he tried to do a secondary with the Centurian deal. But, look at the chart, the stock price has been straight down ever since that was announced.

I do believe he will cede some control, it is becoming his only option. I see this as a good thing though.
