Jimmy- I was quoting the MMs asking price before opening bell, obviously the MMs were hoping to make some extra money on the buy candle stick for today's trading.

Something I have notice on the technically chart last week is a small gap around the .0038 area, I am sure the shorts have been druling over the prospects of making some pocket change driving the price down to fill this gap on a 'Fibonacci Retracement' but that is IF the buying tapers off and allows the shorts to move in , time will tell.
