Good post and excellent position to take on your part,IMO. I have voted resoundedly no,as has my family ,as we are not about to give management a blanket position "to do what they want to ". My reasons are stated a number of times in earlier posts. Anyone feel the same way as you do should talk about it here on this board and hopefully you can get some comfort from other posters as to how you may want to vote and/or handle your proxies.
