Note that the SP went down over the past couple of weeks on rather LOW Volume. This tells me two things.

1. There were some who knew of this proposition in advance of most average Retail Investors. This, in and of itself is a big concern. Who played the SP up and then methodically sold off from the ~$0.14 - $0.15 range going back 4-6 weeks, when the company was indicating relatively very positive Drilling success. Fishy to me. Out with the Directors who voted to put this proposition to the Share Holders is increasingly looking like it is a MUST!

2. It also appears that any Trader types who are here only to play the Stock SP have already EXITED. Thus, the proclaimed concern no longer EXISTS.

As for significant Share Holders, how about the small significant (if not being the meat that makes the Venture Exchange so attractive to the Big Significants) share holders having something remotely approaching a level playing field. Could the Big Boys ever be able to live with allowing for even TOKEN respect for the Small necessary (s) around here?

PS: Having been willing to remain uncommitted up to the last possable moment, I now have a very firm decision in mind, but will make it final as the deadline approaches! Thinking I can cancel out your vote, as things appear at the moment! And if your past posts indicate your real position in the Shares of SPQ, then there will be some remaining to apply toward another of your likeminded comrads.

So, give better reasoning in favour to stop my current intended action!
